Q.Will the colours look different to those shown on my computer?
A. There may be slight variations to the colour, depending on individual monitor settings. We try and represent the colours as best we can. In most cases the colours are just more vibrant in real life.

Q. I have seen a painting on your site but the size I want isn’t listed.
A. Paintings can be created to any size you wish If the size is not listed please request a different size with your requirements

Q. What happens if I don't like the painting when it arrives?
A. If you like the painting on screen, it's likely you'll love it even more when it arrives. However if you're not 100% satisfied with your painting we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Q. How long do I get if I wish to return my painting?
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

Q. Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one painting?
A. If you are purchasing 3 or more paintings from the same artist please contact us for discounts.

Q. Can I commission any of the artwork?
A. Yes. Please send us your requirements, the artist work towards your specific requirement.

Q. What are the varnish options?
A, we offer Matte, Satin and Gloss Museum Grade varnish. The matte is a true matte and you see no visible signs of varnish but the print is protected. This is a significant advantage over heat sealing as you always get a slight sheen with that method. Also, a heat sealed canvas could not be classed as a 'Fine art canvas'. Satin adds sheen to the canvas. Gloss is very glossy and is quite reflective so should only be chosen if you require a very vibrant canvas and something 'a bit different'

Q. Can I clean the canvas if necessary?
A. You are able to wipe the canvas with a slightly damp cloth to clean any marks, should they get onto the canvas
